We Love a Great Night of Art and Cocktails in Shreveport Right?

North Market Venue in Shreveport just revealed that it is the location for Shreveport's Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy. In the past, this event has popped up in random cities, and we love that Shreveport gets to experience a "hauntingly good time." What does an Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy night feel like? Some might say it is full of spirits, well, boozy spirits.

The night is described as a "chilling cocktail experience that brings four of his stories off the page and onto the stage as told through the Poe Historians while pairing them with four classic cocktails." The reviews online are excellent. Who doesn't want to walk into a venue like North Market Venue and see it transformed into an eerie speakeasy?
Tickets are available online and the event is expected to sell out fast.

The Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy will take over Shreveport on November 7th through the 9th and you must be 21 or older to attend. "The event takes place inside a dark speakeasy. Four of his most famous stories will be retold and reimagined by our Poe historians. Our macabre lead mixologist will transform each of those stories into a 4-part cocktail experience."
