Traditional Yoga Seems So Boring When You Can Experience Beer Yoga.

Flying Heart Brewing & Pub decided to bring Beer Yoga to town and they are offering  a Beer & Yoga session on May 19th at 9:00 AM at Flying Heart. You won't be drinking beer while doing yoga or anything so don't freak out. You will experience some rejuvenating yoga led by Michele Watson, and afterwards you get a refreshing pint of beer to reward your efforts. You only have to show up with your yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel.

Tickets are still available for $30 at Flying Heart, and each ticket includes the yoga session and a beer token for after yoga.
