Tonight, Tuesday, May 9, 2023, starting at 5:30 pm, you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Bossier's East Bank District and support the Dream Hunt Foundation at the same time!

If you're not familiar with the Dream Hunt Foundation, their mission is to make sure that special needs, terminally ill, and underprivileged children in our area get to experience what hunting is all about with caring mentors from our community. And tonight, at Chef's Table by Beauxjax in the East Bank District and Plaza, Chef Peanut is going to be throwing down to help support these local kids.

This culinary experience is only open to 100 people and tickets are $65, so make sure to grab your ticket now at Eventbrite. If you're a foodie, you won't want to miss Chef Peanut's fare! He's smoking a whole hog, an alligator, and an entire redfish. On top of that, you'll get to enjoy his duck gumbeaux, boudin, gator andouille, crawfish bread, dark rum bread pudding, and more! Plus, there will be plenty of great local brews from Great Raft and the Seventh Tap to wash it all down. And just in case you need another reason to eat good food and support a good cause, there will even be live music with Jimmy Wooten.

This one-night-only experience is all a part of 318 Restaurant Week. To see some of the other dining experiences available and the other deals and promotions on offer, click here.

The Chef's Table by BeauxJax is located at 521 Barksdale Blvd in Bossier City, LA. To donate to the Dream Hunt Foundation or find out more, click here.
