Did you spot the Trump flag over an I-20 ramp? Several residents of Shreveport took to their social media accounts to share photos of a Trump flag hanging over a rail for all to see. Drivers going from Youree Drive to Spring Street towards downtown Shreveport reported seeing the flag.

Are You Also Wondering How Someone Was Abe to Get That Flag Up There?

The placement of it is concerning. How did someone get up there with enough time to hang the flag without getting hit by someone driving up the ramp?

We know that in a majority of the states in the U.S. flags can't be mounted on bridges since they could cause a distraction to the motorists and create a traffic hazard. In some places, hanging a banner over anything you don't legally own can be considered a public nuisance or it could be considered criminal vandalism or trespassing. Louisiana doesn't have policies like Caltrans' in California, which allows private parties to display banners on highway overpasses as long as they don't pose a safety risk.

Unfortunately, to whoever went through all the trouble of putting up the Trump flag, the flag will be taken down once authorities spot it. It is illegal to hang or post signs on overpasses in Louisiana.
