I saw my friend Shelley post this on Facebook a few days ago and I just shook my head. She stole the picture from someone else on social media, so she's not sure if it's real, but something tells me that this actually happened and that the signs leading up to the construction zone on I-20 in Bossier City aren't getting the job done.
Once again, I'll reiterate that this isn't my picture and it's not my friend Shelley's either. We can't confirm that this even happened. But if we're being honest, chances are that this DID happen or will soon. So when it comes to folks not paying attention in Bossier, this woman says how we're feeling best...
