The listing will go up for auction next month as bidding will open on September 13 at 4:00 pm. Bidding will close at 8:00 pm on September 26.

The property is located near the small mountain town of Whitefish, Montana and it was built in 2023 by the guys behind Animal Planet's reality show "Treehouse Masters," according to Christie's International Real Estate.

While the 1,700-square-foot home is listed at $7.5 million, Concierge Auctions said that opening bids are expected to be $2 to $4 million.

The treehouse is surrounded by mountainous views which you can see from the large deck over 15' off the ground. That deck features a sectional couch and fur-covered swivel chair, all surrounding a rectangular propane fire pit.

The luxurious community it is located in features a personal concierge, a lakeside clubhouse, and a golf course. Residents have access to several water sports activities including fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Other available outdoor activities include hiking, shooting and archery shooting ranges.
