Ten years ago, we lost one of the most iconic and important guitarists in rock history, Johnny Ramone. Presented by Johnny's widow, Linda, a special tribute event will bring Rob Zombie, Duff McKagan, Sex Pistols legend Steve Jones, comedian Fred Armisen and the horror memorabilia of Metallica's Kirk Hammett together for an Aug. 24 gathering and all-star jam at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

After a monumental career with the Ramones that lasted 22 years and earned the band a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Johnny passed away from prostate cancer on Sept. 15, 2004. Johnny Ramone has never been far from the thoughts of fans, his legacy proving to be just as timeless as the Ramones' music.

The 10th Anniversary Johnny Ramone Tribute will be hosted by Rob Zombie, who was a friend of Johnny's. Steve Jones was also a good friend of Johnny Ramone, and the Sex Pistols legend will join Duff McKagan plus some surprise guests for a jam of some Ramones classics.

Fred Armisen (Portlandia / Saturday Night Live) will bring his punk rock alter ego, Ian Rubbish, to the celebration, while Kirk Hammett's giant collection of horror memorabilia will be on display for attendees. An autograph session will also take place featuring the stars of Rob Zombie's horror hit 'The Devil's Rejects.'

Advance general admission is $19, while day-of general admission is $25 and kids under 12 get in free. VIP admission is also available, which includes food, cocktails and VIP access. These tickets won't get you into the all-star jam, but you'll be able to watch the simulcast. All Access passes, which are limited to 200, are the tickets you'll want to grab, however, because it will give you actual entry to the all-star tribute concert.

Proceeds will go towards the Johnny Ramone Foundation and Dr. David Agus, USC. For all ticket options, click here.
