Apparently some people have nothing better to do with their shallow lives than to create hoaxes about the deaths of famous celebrities, or in this case, a completely fictitious graphic from the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

LDWF took to their own Facebook page to disavow the graphic which incorporates the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries logo. Appearing on social media, the graphic states that LDWF will not issue new hunting licenses to persons who can’t show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination.

This is a total fabrication. In fact, directly from LDWF we read: This is not true.  Do not believe it!

The department asks anyone who sees the incorrect graphic to ignore it and delete it when possible. LDWF is investigating the source of the graphic.

As if these pandemic waters weren't already tough enough to navigate with all the information (and misinformation) regarding COVID and the variants, the mask mandate debates, and the controversy over vaccines, this is certainly no laughing matter, and does nothing but add to the confusion in an already trying situation.

And to be honest, I hope when they catch the individual responsible for this, they prosecute to the fullest.
