If you're upset that you haven't received the $1200 payment promised to most Americans as part of the CARE act, I get it.  It's frustrating hearing about everyone else that has received it while you're stuck at home twiddling your thumbs.  That being said, it's not OK to resort to arson in order to "work out" your anger.

That seems to be what's going on with Marvin Smith Jr. (pictured above).  Allegedly, the 51 year-old Avoyelles Parish man was having tense words with his mother over the aforementioned stimulus check when he decided to burn down his momma's she-shed.

According to the report from the New York Post, officials with the State Fire Marshall's office believe that Smith "intentionally ignited the shed just before 1 p.m" on Friday afternoon.  Witnesses reported seeing Marvin fleeing the shed in question just before smoke and flames erupted from the structure.

Deputies with the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office later arrested Smith, who was armed with a knife, and booked him on charges of arson and various other crimes.
