Jazz Ferguson was supposed to be a big addition to LSU's wide receiving corps. It appears as though Ferguson's LSU career is now officially over. There was certainly speculation that Ferguson would not be a good fit into the Tiger system after he was suspended from the team before the Alabama game.

According to a story on NOLA.com and in the Times-Picayune Jazz Ferguson has tweeted his change of plans. It was widely speculated last year that Ferguson would be the 5th wide receiver to be leaving the LSU program. It was not clear exactly where he would be heading until he made the announcement on social media.

Blessed to say, I'll be furthering my education at Northwestern St. University.

Ferguson is listed as being 6 foot 5 inches tall with a weight of 215 pounds. He played high school ball at West Feliciana High School. He participated in six games for LSU. During that time he caught 6 passes for a total of 17 yards.
