This Louisiana guy is accused of secretly recording up the skirt of several women who had no idea what he was up to.

WAFB TV reports Baton Rouge Police have arrested 29-year-old Dana Harris-Johnson. He faces several counts of video voyeurism. Harris-Johnson apparently admitted to producing 19 videos of women while they were shopping. And no, he did not get the victim's consent to make this videos.

Detectives say the man told them he would follow women in the store and as she reached up to get something off the shelf, he would start the recording.

These incidents allegedly happened at the College Drive Walmart not too far from the LSU campus. Harris-Johnson was arrested Saturday at the store.

The police report indicates all of the women were wearing skirts, dresses or shorts when they bent over to get items from the shelves.
