Richard Lewelling, meteorologist from the Weather Channel, talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright about Wednesday's tornado threats, area flooding and how much more rain could hit the ArkLaTex this weekend.

Lewelling tells KEEL listeners that, at this point, it is difficult to tell if there was an actual tornado touch down during the Wednesday afternoon storm, adding that investigators will be able to determine from damage patterns the cause of the destruction.

The meteorologist goes on to say that, though the ArkLaTex will get a respite from the rain Thursday, the heavy rains will return in the early morning hours Friday, which could lead to more area flooding and dropping as many as another six to eight inches on an already soaked Shreveport - Bossier.
