Congressman Mike Johnson talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about LSU's big win over Alabama, a game he watched with the President of the United States and Thursday's Trump visit to Bossier City's CenturyLink Center.

Johnson tells KEEL listeners watching Saturday's football battle in Tuscaloosa in the Presidential suite with Trump, the First Lady and a number of elected officials from both Louisiana and Alabama, including Congressmen Garret Graves, Ralph Abraham and Clay Higgins. "Awesome is an understatement," said Johnson in describing sitting next to the President, "I call it a surreal experience. We all wanted to be there, the outcome was incredible and I got to watch it with the President of the United States.and the First Lady."

The Congressman, a graduate of both LSU and LSU Law School added, "It doesn't get any better than that!"

Johnson also previews the upcoming Presidential visit to Bossier City Thursday night. "I told (The President)...on Saturday, 'Mr. President, I think this might be your best rally yet.'" More than 10,000 Trump supporters are expected to be both in and outside Bossier's CenturyLink Center at the event.
