Montage of Evil Movie Villains Laughing Manically [VIDEO]

Just in time for Halloween a website called Nextmovie.com released a special montage video featuring some of the best villains in film doing what villains do best, besides evil deeds, laughing!

Some of the villains featured are Jack Nicholson as the "Joker" in Batman, Tim Curry as the "Devil" in Legend, but one villain that I feel is missing is Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
