Pikachu Makes Guest Appearance at Geek’d Con 2016

So far in my career I’ve been able to do voice over, I’ve ridden an elephant and now I can say that I’ve played a popular character… Pikachu!

Friday night at Geek’d Con 2016 I took my life into my own hands. Who knew that kids would chase you and throw balls at you? A few pointers if you’re ever asked to don a character or mascot costume:

1. It’s hot. Like crazy hot.
2. You can’t see. Make sure you have an escort that doesn’t think it’s funny for you to run into stuff.
3. Did I mention it’s really hot in there?
4. The kids love it.
5. Bring your sense of humor along. You’re going to need it.

At least I didn’t look like this guy. At least I don’t think I did.
