Russian Dash cam Captures Accident Caused by Failure to Pass [LOUD]

This video is LOUD not good loud like road noise cranked up to 11 loud. This is my worst fear when I was in my old car, little to no horsepower and if I need to pass someone on a two lane highway forget it. This guy tries to do that doesn't make it .. in fact he loses control and flips his car.

Since I don't speak Russian I hit up Google Translate for the video description. It says
