I-49 has been closed both north and southbound between Exit 191 (Stonewall/Frierson) and Exit 199 (Bert Kouns)

Traffic on eastbound I-20 in Bossier City is back open from I-220 to Ada, LA. But I-20 westbound remains closed from Ada to LA 157. Highway 80 between Ada and Gibsland is also closed. The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists to use extreme caution.
