If you know of some folks who suddenly and surprisingly decided to show off their new dirt bikes this weekend, you need to read the details of Shreveport's latest shocking theft.  Over the weekend some industrious thieves decided to help themselves to a pair of expensive Honda motorcycles, and law enforcement officials need your help to find these brazen bandits.

How it Went Down

According to the report from the ArkLaTex Homepage, at about 11:30 p.m. on Friday night, several thieves gained access to the G & C Honda dealership on E 70th Street by breaking a large, showroom window at the front of the business.  The surveillance video from inside the dealership recorded the whole affair, including the moment when 2 of the bumbling thieves trip over each other (and the bikes they were trying to steal) trying to get away with their stolen bounty.  Take a look at the footage here.

The Video Caught it All

According to dealer/manager Jim Synder (who was alerted about the break in by the store's security system), the pack of pilferers were in and out in less than 50 seconds!  That being said, the video footage from the break in doesn't exactly convince me that we're dealing with an "Ocean's 11" type of crew.  Synder says all-in-all ,the thieves made away with 2 bikes for a total loss of $20,000 plus the damage caused when the burglars forced their way in.
