See Alternate Opening Scene for “The Avengers” [VIDEO]

'The Avengers' hits DVD and Blue Ray on September 25th, and with that less than a month away, Marvel has released an alternate opening sequence.

If you've seen the movie, you know that the movie as we know it jumped right into the story. The alternate opening offers a flashback sequence that may have altered the tone and pacing of the entire movie. Take a look at the alternate and decide - did the director make the right choice? Or would the movie have been improved with what the alternate opening seemed to be setting up - with the scenes of Agent Maria Hill cutting back and forth with the action sequences? Something to ponder as we wait for the home video release.
