Shreveport Drive By Shooting Leaves Two Dead

Shreveport Police Department has confirmed that two people have died after a Sunday (2/26/23) afternoon drive-by shooting.

This call came into dispatch around 1:23 p.m. from the 600 block of Rainbow Drive, which is located in the Eden Gardens neighborhood. When first responders arrived on the scene, they learned that 3 victims were suffering from gunshot wounds to the body. One person has been pronounced deceased on the scene. The remaining two victims were transported to Ochsner Health Hospital to be treated for their injuries. Some time later a second victim died in the hospital.

This is the 14th and 15th homicide in Caddo Parish in 2023
