Why do so many people love Buc-ee's? In case you don't know Buc-ee's basically a gas station on steroids. Not only does Buc-ee's offer you the best snacks but they have the cleanest bathrooms. Everyone loves Buc-ee's and they are eager to get you to come work for them.
All 33 Buc-ee's locations have signs advertising salaries for different positions. Why does Buc-ee's choose to showcase their pay, vacation time, and its 401K plan on big bright signs you can't miss? Business Insider was told by Buc-ee's general counsel Jeff Nadalo that they do it in hopes of getting the attention of "top job candidates".
Could it be that other big stores are taking notes? Perhaps stores like Hobby Lobby?

The company plans to raise its minimum full-time hourly wage to $18.50 per hour.
