A local man is behind bars after allegedly exposing himself at a local park.

In March, Shreveport patrol officers got several reports of a man who was seen exposing himself to visitors at Betty Virginia Park. The suspect was described on at least three different occasions as a black male with a slender build. In two cases, he was reportedly driving a red car and in another case, he tried to convince a juvenile girl to 'observe him.'

Since the investigation began, detectives have been able to link 38-year-old Michael C. Daniels to the crimes. They arrested him at his home in the 6900 block of Broadway Avenue in Shreveport.

Daniels was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on five counts of obscenity and two of indecent behavior with a juvenile. His bond is set at $100,000.
