Shreveport Mudbugs Are Giving Away Alice Cooper Autographs This Weekend

The Shreveport Mudbugs are jumping right into the deep end this hockey season.

For their second homestand of the North American Hockey League regular season, the Mudbugs will be hosting a Geek'end Weekend with Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con.

Not only will the Hirsch be full of hockey on Friday and Saturday night, but there will be a ton of geeky happenings as well. Including cosplay contests with prizes, autographed Mystery pucks, a massive autographed Geek'd Con jersey raffle, and more.

Check out this Geek'd Con Shreveport Mudbugs jersey that will be available this weekend, and all of the autographs on it:

The jersey is an official Shreveport Mudbugs sweater with a Spider-Man style design. It's signed on the back by a ton of Geek'd Con 2021 guests. Including Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Alice Cooper, Saturday Night Live legend Chris Kattan, Murr from Impractical Jokers, Joey Fatone from *NSYNC, Emily Swallow (The Armorer from Star Wars The Mandalorian), Peter Facinelli from the Twilight film series, and more.

That jersey won't be the only Alice Cooper autograph available with the Mudbugs Geek'end. When the Mystery pucks become available in the Swamp Shack, one of the pucks will be signed by Alice Cooper.

There will also be another Alice Cooper signed puck available on Saturday. For the Adult Cosplay Contest on Saturday, the winner will get a signed Alice Cooper puck. For the Kids Cosplay Contest on Saturday, the winner will get a hockey stick signed by the Mudbugs team.

On both Friday and Saturday nights, the first 100 kids who come in cosplay will get a free sticker at the door, and will have a special autograph session with the Mudbugs after the game.

There will be more great prizes all weekend too. Including Geek'd Con shirts, bags, and more. So keep an eye out for Clawed The Mudbug and his t-shirt cannon at the games, because he might be shooting a Geek'd Con shirt your way!
