A week ago Slayer made it clear that they were in the studio working on a new album. Since then, details regarding the project are popping up. For example, if you take a close look at the photo below, it appears that Terry Date is behind the board for this Slayer album. In case you're wondering "Who the Hell is Terry Date?", he has been at the help for many seminal works, including Soundgarden's 'Badmotorfinger', Pantera's 'Vulgar Display of Power', and Deftones' 'Around The Fur'. More recently, Date worked with Slayer on their single, "Implode," which was released in April as a free download after April’s Golden God Awards. What? You didn't snatch it up?
