Do you feel stressed? If you live or work in Shreveport, it's likely you feel some level of stress. According to a new research study from the finance website WalletHub, Shreveport is one of the MOST stressed cities in the United States.

WalletHub has released their 2019 list of The Most Stressed Cities In America, and Shreveport lands at #10.

The top of the list looks like this:

1. Detroit
2. Cleveland
3. Newark, NJ
4. Baltimore
5. Philadelphia
6. St. Louis
7. Cincinnati
8. Birminham, AL
9. Wilmington, DE
10. Shreveport

For the research, WalletHub looked across dozens of metrics including elements that bring work stress, financial stress, family stress, health stress, and safety stress. Some of the key metrics they focused on include Job Security, Average Weekly Work Hours, Foreclosure Rate, Median Annual Household Income, Housing Affordability, Divorce Rate, Mental Health, and more.

Of the three cities in Louisiana who make the list, Shreveport leads the way at #10, while New Orleans is at #25. Baton Rouge also makes the top 50, coming in at #45.
