In a distressing incident that unfolded last Saturday, the New Iberia Police were summoned to a residence on Fontelieu Street's 500 block. Upon arrival, officers were confronted with a harrowing sight as they interviewed the resident, more than 50 cats and kittens were living in squalid and unsanitary conditions.

LaMa Animal Rescue is a local non-profit, no-kill animal shelter and they're holding a super fun Monster Mash-themed bingo fundraiser this Saturday, October 21, 2023, to help support their mission!

This sweet 5 to 7-year-old Lhasa Apso mix is very sweet, social, and friendly according to the staff at Ninna's she doesn’t meet a stranger and her tail is always wagging.

She is a Yorkie/Chihuahua mix and weighs 4.8 pounds.

He's a Pomeranian/Sheltie mix and is probably 2-3 years old he came in weighing at 18.2 pounds so he’s a big boy by Ninna's Road to Rescue standards.
