Guitarist Mike Mushok offers his take on the status of Staind and reflects on his time in Jason Newsted's self-titled band.

Staind released their latest album, a self-titled masterpiece, back in September of this year. The making of the album was an arduous and well documented process, but now that it’s out the band can sit back and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

So, you think you can really wail on guitar? Well, Staind and Indaba Music are giving fans the chance to add their own solo to their new song "Not Again." Seriously.  You could be famous.
