Amazing.  Just amazing. Ecuador's Tungurahua volcano — "the Black Giant" — is one of the most active volcanos on Earth.  For the last 1300 years, Tungurahua has been nature's version of the bipolar girlfriend.  Beautiful and friendly for awhile, and then  every 80—100 years...boom! One of the most seen images this week were from Italy where Mt. Etna was literally blowing smoke rings! Apparently, smoke rings are extremely rare and have only been documented three times. And what's even more weird is that this is the third time Mt. Etna has blown smoke rings. The last two times were in 1970 and 2000. The only other occurance on record happened in Iceland last year from Eyjafjal
