While all the products linked to the outbreak have been recalled, officials are concerned that consumers may still have them in their refrigerators. The U.S. Department of Agriculture released an 825-page list of the names and locations of grocery stores that carried the recalled deli meat.
Inspectors discovered 'heavy discolored meat buildup, meat overspray on walls, and large pieces of meat on the floor' of the plant. According to the documentation provided, there were 69 recorded instances of 'noncompliance' with federal guidelines this year.
