The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell has just released its spectacular lineup for the highly anticipated 2024 edition. The renowned eight-day event, scheduled to take place from April 25 to 28 and May 2 to 5, promises an unforgettable celebration of music, culture, and diversity that draws nearly half a million fans from around the world to the Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans each year.

The Cure, Mumford and Sons, the Killers and Nine Inch Nails have been confirmed as headliners for Lollapalooza 2013, which takes place in Chicago's Grant Park on Aug. 2-4. The four monsters of alt-rock top a bill featuring dozens of artists, with Phoenix, New Order, the Postal Service and Vampire Weekend among the other top-tiered acts.

Since Down was retired to our Rock Cock Hall of Fame, it is time for two new combatants. And tonight will be an interesting battle Alt Rock and Metal when The Killers take on Baroness.
