Teague Parkway in Bossier City Is Back Open to Traffic

The Arthur Ray Teague Parkway in Bossier City is back open to traffic.

Bossier Police issued this statement:

Effective immediately, all lanes of travel are open on the Arthur Ray Teague Parkway. 

Due to the joint efforts of all City Departments, the City of Bossier City will reopen the ART Parkway. The roadway will remain open unless flood conditions warrant otherwise. Please use caution as there are still ongoing recovery operations in the area between the Shreveport Barksdale Bridge and Walker Place Blvd.
