The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has been dominating late night since he took over several years ago. There is a heavy musical influence on his show, too. Jimmy has collaborated with some of the biggest stars in music for some musical bits that no one else could pull off.

One such bit is having artists come in and perform one of their hits using only elementary classroom instruments. Yes, music makers like a kazoo, tambourine, one of those xylophones with the multi colored keys and plastic shakers, just to name a few.

Jimmy has usually just done this with pop singers. But, for Wednesday night's (May 15) show, Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend sat down with Jimmy and The Roots to perform "Won't Get Fooled Again". Watch above and you'll enjoy it as much as Roger and Pete did. Pete doing his trademark guitar smash at the end was great, too.

There is no video on Youtube but Jimmy has done this with Aerosmith with "Walk This Way". Metallica has gotten in on the fun with "Enter Sandman".

I, for one, would love to see more rock artists come in to do this. Could you imagine the Rolling Stones coming in for a rendition of "Honky Tonk Women" or AC/DC with "Thunderstruck"? That would be a lot of fun.
