A line of storms and possible tornadoes in Northeast Alabama overnight. At least three people dead. Jackson County Deputy Chief Rocky Harnen says they all lived in a mobile home in Rosalie in northeast Alabama. Another person in the home was critically injured.

"Of course we're shocked, anytime there are fatalities, we're shocked. It's not shocking when we have tornadoes. We have them quite regularly, but it's always tragic when we have fatalities".

Other injuries reported as well. A team of deputies, officers and firefighters are going door-to-door in parts of the county, to assess the damage.

National Weather Service meteorologist Lauren Nash says there have been multiple reports of possible tornadoes across several counties in northern Alabama and southern Tennessee.
