By the time they're done, all of the New Orleans Saints players from the 2009 Super Bowl team might end up in the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame.

Honestly, I don't think too many people would be upset.

For a franchise that was starved, not just for a Super Bowl, but for Playoff appearances, winning seasons, and hell, just WINS...getting that Super Bowl was so big. I could argue for everyone on the roster to get in.

But we don't have to worry about that this year, because two of those players are making it on their own arguments.

Super Bowl champions Lance Moore and Pierre Thomas have been voted into the Saints Hall of Fame. Thomas scored the Saints first touchdown in Super Bowl 44, Moore had a critical two-point conversion in the 2nd half to give New Orleans a touchdown lead.

The introduction will take place in September.
