I Have Been Obsessed With Vespa's for Quite Some Time.

I will never forget the first time I fell in love with Vespas. I was watching a Mary Kate and Ashley movie and they would get around town in Vespas all over Europe and I was determined to own one one day. Fast forward 20 years and I see a beautiful red Vespa in a dear friend’s garage.

I remember screaming excitedly asking for a ride, thankfully my friend is just as weird as I am and understood my excitement. When she listed it for sale I was the first one at her door and we made a deal that I was going to have as much fun as she did with Big Red, yes the Vespa has a name.

My friend Cindy had the Vespa in big cities like Atlanta and Houston where there were bike lanes and her Vespa actually made it easier for her to get around. One thing that I did not anticipate about owning a Vespa is that there are not a lot of safe places to ride.
