Victoria’s Secret Closing Stores Across the Nation

National chain stores have really taken a hard hit in recent years, and now it looks like it's Victoria's Secrets turn.  After having a rough 4th quarter dropping 35% in sales and 2018 seeing a 45% drop for the year the brand has announced they will be closing stores. This is following the announcement of Payless Shoes, Toys-R-Us and other closings down, but luckily VS will not be completely going under. The company has not said which stores will close they have said it will more than likely be 53 stores in total.

The companies famous fashion show has also seen a drop in ratings which according to their ratings has lost more than half their audience in the past two years.

No word yet what this will mean for local stores.
