Watch Marilyn Manson’s NSFW ‘KILL4ME’ Video
Marilyn Manson has once again recruited friend and actor Johnny Depp for a music video. This time they appear in the above clip for “KILL4ME,” which carries an explicit content warning and requires you to confirm you understand the alert before you can watch.
“KILL4ME” is taken from Manson’s latest album Heaven Upside Down, released last month, and follows the launch of a video for “Say10,” also featuring Depp. The new video contains an extended orgy scene.
Manson’s most recent brush with controversy came when he used a fake rifle as a stage prop and pointed it into the audience, on the same day 26 people were killed in a mass shooting earlier this month. He later explained his actions in a statement, saying he hadn’t intended any disrespect.
“In an era where mass shootings have become a nearly daily occurrence, this was an act of theater in an attempt to make a statement about how easily accessible semi-automatic weapons are and how seeing them has become normalized,” he said. “My art has always been a reaction to popular culture and my way to make people think about the horrible things that happen in this world."
The show, in San Bernardino, Calif., was his first since canceling a run of appearances after an accident on stage, in which he was trapped under two large gun props that toppled over on top of him. It was reported that he’d required 11 screws inserted into his leg and the application of a cast.
