Watch Out, There is a New Netflix Scam

There is a new scam that all Netflix users need to know.

Netflix has become the go-to source for most of my nonsport entertainment. From great network, shows to their originals are my choice for most of my TV watching, although I do most of it on my iPad. If you are a Netflix user or even if you are not you need to know about a scam that is happening to Netflix users and even those folks who do not even have the service.

The email looks like it is from Netflix and it has the following message:

Hi Dear, We're having some trouble with your current billing information. We'll try again, but in the meantime you may want to update your payment details,"

The email also has a link to make the necessary changes in your payment details. And also says that your account is locked until you make the changes.

Netflix says if you have received this email do not click on any of the links an make sure to forward this to their phishing email and make sure to include all of the details so that they may investigate the issue. The email address is phishing@netflix.com
