I have been following the beginning of something really cool. They started off just doing Tapas which is a fancy Spanish word for appetizers. However, somewhere along the line, We Olive Entered the Brunch game and after seeing some of the reviews this was a good call on their end.

We Olive is currently hiring for their new Bossier location. From what it looks like they are replicating their Shreveport store. You can go in and buy all the amazing gifts, and stick around for some wine and tapas. This makes for a perfect Saturday afternoon in North Bossier.

We Olive is taking over the corner storefront on Beene boulevard next to Baskin Robbins. We still don't know when they plan to open but we eagerly await their opening date announcement.
