Reality shows suck. Mostly because everything is contrived and the ones that have audiences are annoying.  All they do is respond like chimps to hitting a feeder bar for a nugget. Everyone wants to be on TV.  It is all BS....until now.

Cat Deeley is the host of the British version of So You Think You Can Dance. She has won all kinds of awards for her performance as a host of realty TV shows...and she has finally had it.  She has brains, looks and the mouth of a sailor...and I love this woman for this:
