God love her. She was sick. Really sick. In fact, she had just gotten home from the hospital, but she was still willing to take our phone call. That's Ms. Yvonne Badiali for you!

Sick enough to be hospitalized and yet having the kind of heart to take the time to visit with two radio clowns. Now, that's someone certainly deserving of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award, and Ms. Yvonne is certainly the kind of person that we created this award to recognize.

Just read the nomination letter we got about her from her dear friend, Jan Clemons, and you'll see why her selection was so easy.

I have to tell you about Ms. Yvonne Badiali. Not a week goes by that Ms. Yvonne is not taking friends to the doctor or cooking meals for friends. She is a wonderful seamstress and is always altering clothes for people, me included. I have known her for six years and she is my ride or die partner, never turning down a trip. Ms. Yvonne is such a ray of sunshine and always gives a person a smile. I have to mention that she will be 83 yrs young in October and still mows her yard And her neighbor's yard, and is always busy. Her motto is "if you don't use it, you lose it". I think she deserves this award everyday. I just love her to pieces

Ms. Yvonne, thank you for being so amazing! You are a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live! And because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Ms. Yvonne to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
