What an interesting tale. A band that ALMOST made it 3 or 4 times. Blue October had two major label albums under their belt, they had a song that ALMOST cracked through after being featured on the American Wedding soundtrack ("Calling You"), and they seemed like they had one last chance with the 2006 album, Foiled.

The first eerie single from that album was "Hate Me". It was dark. It was cutting. It was like audio poison. It got into you, stayed with you, and affected you...it's like it changed your DNA.
