Are Pumpkins Ready To Smash Into A New Tour?

Billy Corgan, the tallest man in Rock, has been working on a new solo album with legendary producer, Rick Rubin.  Corgan plans to tour to support the album, and he says he'd like to bring his friends along with him.  Those "friends" would be the original lineup of Smashing Pumpkins.  Corgan says that guitarist James Iha is up for it, but he's not sure about the rest of the band.  The original band officially disbanded in 2000, and Corgan has reformed the band with different members a couple of times since then.  If the originals decide to tour again, it would be the first time since 1999.
