Bossier sheriff's detectives are searching for two people who robbed a Haughton convenience store at gunpoint this morning.

According to a BSO news release, just before 10:30 a.m., a man walked into Rogers Corner Store at the intersection of Highway 80 and Highway 157, pulled a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. He left the store with an unknown amount of cash and got into a vehicle driven by a female. Neither of the two employees inside the store were injured during the hold-up.

Detectives believe the pair headed westbound on Hwy 80. One of the suspects is described as a 25-to-30-year-old white male with a tattoo on the left side of his neck and a prominent scar on his face. He was wearing an LSU hoodie, multi-colored beanie cap and camouflage pants. The only description of the driver is that she's believed to be a white female.

The car the two were in is a late-90's or early-2000's gray Toyota 4-door sedan with tinted windows and no hubcaps.

Detectives have released surveillance video and still photos from the business in the hope that someone will recognize the suspects. If you have information that can help in this investigation, call the Bossier Sheriff's Office at 318-965-2208.
