Caddo Parish's graduating 2020 seniors are finally getting the change to walk the stage for their diplomas this week! I think we can all agree that the class of 2020 has gotten the short end of the stick, even if they are reaching a huge life milestone during a significant moment in history. So many of them missed out on opportunities most of us took for granted during our senior years like prom and senior skip day. Actually, I'd say this year's seniors win for the longest senior skip day ever!

All that aside, Caddo Parish's seniors are getting their diplomas this week in socially distanced graduation ceremonies being held at Shreveport's Independence Stadium. Each graduate is allowed four guests and tickets will be scanned upon entry. For those that have more guests than tickets, the formalities will be live-streamed on both the Caddo Parish Public Schools' social media pages and the district's website. Congrats seniors!
