Gander Mountain Closing 32 Stores Including Texarkana Location

On-line retail continues to wreak havoc with traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. Gander Mountain is the latest retailer to file for bankruptcy protection from its creditors. As a result, the sporting goods giant will be shuttering 32 stores in 11 states.  Almost a third of those locations are in Texas including the Texarkana location.  If you enjoy shopping at Gander Mountain, the store in Tyler will remain open.
