Hurricane Nate made landfall at about 12:30 Sunday morning near Biloxi, Mississippi, its second and final US landfall. When the storm rolled into Mississippi, Nate had  sustained winds of 85 mph, making it a Category 1 hurricane.

Nate is now a Tropical storm as it moves inland. Hurricane Nate made US landfall Saturday night as a Category 1 storm near the mouth of the Mississippi River in southeast Louisiana.
Rains now continue to drench coastal Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.
"After landfall, the center of Nate is expected to pass over portions of Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee late tonight through Sunday night," according to the National Hurricane Center's advisory issued late Saturday.
WLOX reports there are 13 shelters open in the southern part of Mississippi.
Biloxi Mayor Andrew Gilich has been very concerned about storm surge.
