It’s Almost Time for the Second Annual Girl Scout Cookie and Beer Pairing at Twisted Root

Did someone say Girl Scout cookies and beer?

You can be an adult and still indulge in some Girl Scout cookies. All you have to do is pair it with your favorite beer. Don't know how to do that? Well, once again Twisted Root is partnering with Great Raft Brewing to bring you a tasty lineup of you favorite childhood snack and adult beverage.

Cookie and beer pairings will be available February 28 through March 5 at the bar.

For $10, you will receive four five-ounce pours of beer and 8 cookies (two of each flavor). You don't need a reservation or a ticket, just an affinity for the finer things in life.

This year's pairings include:

-Commotion and Samoas - American Pale Ale with caramel and toasted coconut-covered cookies
-Southern Drawl and Do-Si-Dos - Pale Lager with peanut butter-filled crunch oatmeal cookies
-Reasonably Corrupt and Tagalongs - Black Lager with chocolate-coated peanut butter cookies (my personal favorite on all accounts)
-At Arm's Length and Savannah Smiles - India Pale Lage with powered sugar-dusted lemon wedge cookies
