We have all heard of the songs that could help us save a life right?

Did the Bee Gees Know They Were Creating a CPR Anthem?

"Stayin' Alive" was released in 1977 by the Bee Gees and although this may be a hit at the skating rink, it can also be the hit that helped you save a life. It's a great CPR song because of the beats per minute. Although there are many other songs that could help you save a life "Stayin' Alive" is still the most popular one.

"Stayin Alive" helps you remember the proper chest compression pace. There is another song that just hit the radio that will help us with proper chest compression pace as well. The American Heart Association recommends having a song in mind if and when you need to perform CPR because it'll help you maintain a steady rhythm of 100 to 120 beats per minute.

Lizzo Has Entered the CPR Anthem Song List.

Lizzo's new song "About Damn Time" has the perfect beats per minute that can help you keep pace if you're performing CPR. Thank you to a TikTok this is the song I will be singing if I need to perform CPR.

50+ Pictures of Shreveport's Abandoned Historic Fairgrounds Field

Before you know it, Shreveport's historic Fairgrounds Field will be will be exactly that - history. Once the legal wrangling is done, the proverbial endangered-bat-guano will hit the fan and the once glorious Ratchet-City cathedral to baseball will be demolished and gone.

Before it "bats" its final inning, let's take a final look at the glory that once was. I warn you though, it's kind of like seeing that super-hot girl from high school 20 years later - and time has not been kind.
