LSU has announced that it will no longer have face-to-face instruction on campus.

Officials with LSU have announced that they are going to offer online instruction starting March 30th due to the threat of the coronavirus in the state of Louisiana. This form of instruction will continue through the Spring Semester.

By moving in-person classes to online, LSU hopes to reduce the spreading of the virus through students.

I should note that as of writing this story, there are no reports of the virus on campus. This is simply a precautionary measure.

The University of New Orleans and Tulane University have also elected to remove in-person instructions from their campus.
